Status of the Shopping Agent Orders

Payment is pending:

A shopping order has been generated. Payment pending. You have 72 hours to pay for your order.

 

Process Pending:

The order has been submitted and is waiting for buyer verification.

 

Order Processing:

The system processes your order. The order has been assigned to a designated buyer; ready to order from the seller.

 

Purchase:

Order has been purchased; awaiting shipment to cnprobuy warehouse.

 

Ship (local):

Seller has shipped the item to the cnprobuy warehouse.

 

Received :

Order has arrived at cnprobuy; awaiting inspection.

 

Inventory arrived:

Item inspection and weighing has been completed; waiting for the warehouse to stock the item.

 

Stored:

The order item has been stored in the cnprobuy warehouse and can be shipped at any time during the free storage period.

 

Make up price difference:

The actual purchase cost exceeds the original order payment. The user is required to make up the difference before continuing with the purchase.

 

Invalid orders:

Your order may be considered invalid for the following reasons: The price you submitted does not match the product name. The actual item is not pictured or described. The item is virtual or prohibited.

 

The order has been canceled:

The order has been canceled due to buyer cancellation, customs restrictions, or other reasons. A refund has been sent to your cnprobuy account.

 

Returned:

Your item has been returned to the seller with the seller's permission. Waiting for a refund from the seller.

 

Refunded:

The return refund is complete. The refund has been sent to the user's cnprobuy account.

 

Exchange:

Exchange is processed for you after consultation with the seller.

 

Split Shipping:

Your product may have been sent by the seller via another courier. The substitute buyer will help you to verify with the seller as soon as possible.

 

Pending Confirmation:

The purchaser needs to confirm the information with you.

 

Expired:

The storage period of the item has expired or you have chosen to abandon the item. The system will destroy the item accordingly after receiving notification.

 

International Shipping Pending:

Package has been submitted. Waiting for payment.

 

Pending Packaging:

International shipping paid. Waiting to be shipped from the warehouse.

 

Mailed (International):

The item has been sent.

 

Completed:

The item has been delivered to you.

 

Status of Submitted Package Orders

 

Payment Pending (International Shipping Pending) :

The package has been submitted. You have 72 hours to complete payment.

 

Pending Validation:

You have submitted the parcel, please wait for validation.

 

Validated:

Your submitted package has been verified and will be shipped out soon.

 

Pending Processing:

Your products are currently being sorted. They will be leaving the warehouse soon.

 

Pending Packing:

Your products have left the warehouse and we will pack them for you.

 

Pending Collection:

The package will soon be picked up by the courier.

 

Shipped:

The courier has picked up your package.

 

Order Returned:

Your package has been canceled for the following reasons: incorrect or incomplete information such as the recipient's name, address, etc.; the package contains items prohibited by the shipping method you selected, etc.

 

Domestic Returns:

Your parcel is returned to our warehouse because it did not pass the Chinese customs security check.

 

Overseas Returns:

Your parcel is returned from abroad because it failed customs inspection or other shipping problems.
 

Confirmation of Receipt:

Your parcel has been received.
