Q: How to operate after the package is mailed to the warehouse?


A: After your package is mailed to the warehouse, we will collect it on your behalf and store it 

in the warehous.You can confirm whether the package is complete in the [Received Domestic 

Order Number]section of your personal homepage, then select the order that needs to be packaged and 

click the "Submit Packaging" button.After submitting the order, fill in the recipient's address information and route for the 

country you want to send it to.

[Please note that if your item needs to be shipped separately, please submit separately.]

According to the size of your package, we will pack it within 12 hours,

on your behalf and record it in the warehouse. You can view it on your personal homepage under 

the 【 Received Domestic Order Number 】.


Note: If the domestic express delivery queried shows that it has been signed for, 

but it does not show that it has been received in the domestic tracking number, it may be 

that we are processing the package for you. Please be patient for a while. If the package has 

not been stored in the warehouse after one day, please contact our online customer service 

immediately


Q: Where can I find the package that has been mailed? How to search?


A:

1. Domestic express delivery inquiry: After domestic packages are mailed, you can check the arrival 

status of the package on our website's 【 Package Inquiry 】 page.


Alternatively, obtain logistics information through the logistics query of the domestic tracking 

number that has not been received.


(Note: If the package has been signed for but still shows "not received", 

it may be that our warehouse is processing the package. Please be patient and wait for a while. 

If it still shows "not received" after 1 day, please contact our online customer service immediately.)


2. International Express Query: After successful payment of international express freight, 

you can check the international express tracking number in [Shipped International Orders].


3. Logistics tracking can also be obtained in the package search section of the website.

 

Q: How many days does international express delivery usually take to arrive?


A: The delivery time of international express delivery may vary depending on the destination country 

of the package and the current level of international logistics congestion.


DHL: The fastest delivery and most stable service, with a reference delivery time of 2-4 working days. 

It can arrive in Australia, New Zealand, Guam and other places within about 2 working days.
