3. Professional Inspection Limitations

4. Fragile Items

5. Customized products
If you are ordering customized items, we recommend that you negotiate directly with the seller to ensure that your specifications are met. After successful negotiation, please contact customer service to provide detailed information. As we are unable to conduct professional inspection on customized goods, you are responsible for any loss caused.
6. Sellers with Poor Credit
We advise selecting reputable stores with a minimum of three hearts and Taobao Guarantee coverage. Low-credit sellers without guarantee coverage may present risks such as false delivery, non-delivery, lack of after-sales service, and inadequate rights protection. You assume responsibility for any losses resulting from engaging with such sellers.
