A：When your parcel is mailed to the warehouse, we will collect the parcel for you and put it into the warehouse.
You can confirm whether the parcel is complete in the 【Domestic Order No.】 section of the personal homepage,and then check the order that needs to be packed, and click the "Submit Packing" button. After submitting the order, fill in the recipient's address information and route of the country you need to send.
【Please note that if your items need to be sent by separate routes, please submit them separately.】
According to the size of your parcel, we will pack it within 12 hours.
Then go to [Pending International Orders] page to make payment.

Or in the [not in the warehouse domestic single number] logistics query to obtain logistics information.
