Once the items arrive at the cnprobuy warehouse, a professional inspector will inspect the items we purchase.
In the case of clothes, for example, we will check for major issues such as color, size (depending on your notes or final altered version), and general breakage. If you find such problems when you receive your package, please feel free to contact us. We will provide you with a confirmation of the negotiated solution. Some details, such as color difference, threads, etc., cnprobuy will not be able to provide you with 100% guarantee. Hope you can understand.
While electronic products belong to special item category, cnprobuy inspectors can only check whether the item appearance is intact and whether the accessories are complete, but cannot check whether there is any quality problem by turning on the product.
